Welcome to the official web site of Spartanburg Metropolitan Sub District B Water & Sewer. We have a service area of 20 square miles in northern Spartanburg County in South Carolina. We serve approximately 1000 water customers consisting of residential, commercial and industrial users. Roughly 85% of those customers also have sewer service.
